Foreign citizens are not required to be fingerprinted repeatedly
FMS is developing a bill according to which foreign citizens will be fingerprinted when they first apply for the registration of papers in FMS. Foreign citizens will not be required to be fingerprinted on subsequent calls and will only pass the identification procedure.
This bill also assumes to unify the policy of voluntary health insurance for foreign citizens, (VMI).
Central Bank developed unified VMI policy criteria for foreign citizens, defining the following aspects:
- the amount of coverage the policy includes;
- health services the policy includes;
- the cost of the policy.
