A refusal or failure to explain the reasons for a repeat offense entitles an employer the right to immediately dismiss the employee

In accordance with the determination of the Appellate Court of the City of Moscow, dated  26th of October, 2015 in the case of № 33-35619 / 15, it establishes that, in the event an employee violates the terms of his/her employment agreement for the second time and refuses or fails to disclose the reason for the repeated offense, the employer has the right to not wait for clarification for 2 working days and dismiss the employee for repeated violation of his or her employment duties.  There is no written explanation specified in the act in this case.
