Russian Government' s Resolution of on December 12, 2015 №1358 set a quota of foreign workers employed by business entities engaged in activity in certain types of economic activities in the Russian Federation for  2016

This regulation of the shares applied to business entities operating in the Russian Federation, except for the territory of the Republic of Crimea, Kabardino-Balkaria, Krasnodar, Stavropol region, the Astrakhan region, the Volgograd Region, the Voronezh Region, the Lipetsk Region, the Moscow Region, the Rostov Region and Saratov region.
