Agreement on the recruitment of citizens of Uzbekistan for temporary employment in the Russian Federation
An intergovernmental agreement regarding the organized recruitment and involvement of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan for temporary work on the territory of the Russian Federation was ratified between Russia and Uzbekistan.
Above mentioned organized recruitment Tt is carried out in Uzbekistan by authorized Uzbek legal entities. At the same time, Russian employers interested in recruiting citizens of Uzbekistan on the basis of the Agreement conclude agreements with these legal entities on organized recruitment and hiring, and place data on the availability of vacancies and vacant positions in the information analysis system.
In addition, the agreement regulates the following issues of employment of Uzbekistan citizens in Russia:
- obtaining and issuance of documents confirming the right to work on the Russian Federation,
- control over the health of foreign citizens,
- checking for the purpose of being on the wanted list, the presence of an outstanding or unexpunged conviction,
- organization of moving to the place of work in Russia and back to Uzbekistan.
