Registration of Foreign Citizens on the Territory of the Russian Federation

A robot reports the readiness of a patent in the migration center

Currently, foreign citizens can learn the status of an application for a patent from a robot - a virtual operator of the Multifunctional Migration Center in Moscow. The robot recognizes human speech, is able to independently answer some questions or connect with the right employee of the help desk. Currently, the virtual operator accepts and processes over 30,000 calls a month.

To obtain information, it is sufficient to dictate the number of the patent application to the robot. In response, he will inform a person what stage the document is being prepared at.

The robot improves its pronunciation in real time, analyzes the stress in words and intonation of subscribers, and then invites the system administrator to make changes to the used words.
