Regarding the introduction of a special method for calculating labor productivity

Since January 1, 2019, by order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, for the purpose of implementing the national project regarding employment support, introduced a special method for calculating the productivity of organizations.

Moreover, it has been established that, within the framework of implementing the above-mentioned project of labor productivity, in accordance with the system of national accounts, it is now measured as DS on ZT.

At the same time, DS is calculated by a number of factors: work performance, the amount of profit, employee compensation, as well as insurance premiums of the company to state Extra-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation.

Whereas, ZT has recently been defined as the average monthly number of insured persons, based on data from four quarterly forms.

Moreover, the procedure for calculating individual indicators of the national project is defined as:

• Number of the territorial regions of the Russian Federation involved in the implementation of the national project
• Number of the large and medium-sized enterprises carrying business activity in non-oil related sectors of the economy taking part in the implementation of the national project
• Number of the above-mentioned enterprises which requested support within the framework of the national project
