Federal government supervision is comprised of the federal labor inspectorate conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections of either documents or on-sight inspections.
Such inspections are conducted on the basis of yearly plans not more than once every 3 years. The period of each of the inspections cannot exceed 20 working days.
Based on the results of the inspection, the state labor inspector shall issue directives and a protocol on administrative offenses.
