Changes of Carrying in the Information to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
There has been developed a draft order to the Federal Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs", according to which it is planned that the Unified state register of legal entities carries information on the expiration of the authority of the person entitled to act on behalf of the organization without power of attorney.
According to current legislation as it relates to a person having the right to act without the power of attorney in the name of the organization, Unified State Register of Legal Entities carries the following information: name, position, passport number, taxpayer identification number (if available).
The draft legislation proposes to specify in addition to the above information the information about the end of the term of authority of such a person in accordance with the recent decision of the administration.
Such a change will be implemented with the intention to prevent unlawful acts committed by individuals or organizations, such as misrepresentation of the term of authority of a person entitled to act without the power of attorney.
In addition, as of January 1, 2013 organizations, if they so choose, can carry the information about the expiration of the term of authority of persons entitled to act on their behalf without the power of attorney to the Unified federal register of Information about the facts of the activity of legal entities.
