Turkey introduces requirements for validity of passports of the Russian Federation
From January 1, 2015 Russian citizens as well as other foreigners, who entered the territory of Turkey, should control the term of validity of their passports. According to new rules the validity of the passport of foreign citizens , who entered the territory of Turkey, must not expire earlier than 60 days from the date of termination of the term of the visa or visa-free stay in Turkey.
Russian citizens have the right to visa-free stay in Turkey for the period of 60 days. In order to keep new order of stay on the territory of Turkey, passport of Russian citizen or other foreigners should not expire earlier than 4 months from the date of entry into Turkey. The exception is a trip to study and travel in order to implement employment.
