The number of quotas for issuing work permits for foreign citizens was reduced

Russian Ministry of Labor approved the order "On the allocation of quotas for foreign citizens work permits and invitations for entering Russian Federation for employment purposes  on federal subjects of the Russian Federation for 2016."

The number of quotas for issuing work permits for foreign citizens reduced by the following indicators:

In addition, the quota reserve in Russia is increased from 20 190 to 32 138, as well as, for example, in the Moscow region the number is increased from 12 478 to 12 578, from 17 538 to 18 018 credits - in St. Petersburg.

Also its necessary to mention that the allocation of quotas for different professional qualification groups, as well as the issuance of invitations for foreign citizens for entering Russian Federation for employment purposes was changed for a number of subjects of the Russian Federation.
