About changes related to fictitious (illegal) migration registration

The changes approved by the Federal law “On Amendments to Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation” provide what will be understood as fictitious registration of foreign citizens from now :

- registration at the place of stay in the Russian Federation on the basis of submission of obviously false (false) information or documents,
- registration of foreign citizens or persons without citizenship at the place of stay in the Russian Federation indoors without their intention to live actually (to stay) in this room or without intention of host to provide them this room for the actual accommodation (stay),
- registration of foreign citizens or persons without citizenship at the place of stay to the address of the organization in which they in accordance with the established procedure do not carry out the labor or other not banned by the legislation the Russian Federation activity".
