The law firm LEVINE Bridge has been recognized by The World Bank Group for its participation in the assessment of business conditions in Russia “Doing Business 2019”
The professional experts of LEVINE Bridge, Elena Ogawa, Yulia Solomkina and Victoria Feleshtin, were thanked by the World Bank Group for their participation in carrying out the research and for the preparation of the annual report ‘Doing Business 2019’.
The Doing Business report is compiled by the World Bank Group and contains information on quantitative indicators characterizing the issues of doing business in 189 countries in the following areas:
• Business creation
• Receiving credit
• Registration of property
• Compulsory performance of agreements
• Protection of minority investors
The purpose of the report is to provide objective data for its further use for the development of business policy.
For the purpose of determining the position of each country’s rating the following factors are considered:
• Quick reactions to the needs of business
• Quality of construction
• Functioning of the electronic real estate register
• Effectiveness of legal proceedings
• Reliability of power supply
