About necessary documents for the notice of arrival of the foreign citizen

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation developed the draft of new regulations on a notification procedure about arrival of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship according to which the host party, to the notice of arrival of the foreign citizen and the passport copy with a mark about crossing of border will also have to provide:

• the copy of the employment contract or the similar document containing information on work location of the foreign citizen
• the copy of the real estate documents giving to the foreign citizen (worker) the right of accomodation in premises
• the letter on behalf of the company executive that the foreign citizen actually lives in the premises of firm which do not have the address including in temporary

At the moment the draft of regulations is at a stage of public discussion.
