Regarding changes in the issuing of a patent in the Moscow Region

According to the Decree of the Governor of the Moscow region, from the second half of December 2019 the obligation to specify the profession in the patent issued in the Moscow region has been canceled.
This innovation was made to simplify the labour activity and the search for an employer for foreign citizens, as now a foreign citizen has the opportunity to work in various organizations.
At the same time, the obligation for a foreign citizen to specify the profession for which he plans to work in the patent application remains.
