Regarding raising of the all-Russian level of the minimum monthly wage in 2020

According to the changes made from January 1, 2020 there was an increase in the all-Russian level of the minimum monthly wage from 11280 rubles to 12130 rubles per month.
From January 1, 2020, the minimum monthly wage level in cities of federal significance and neighboring regions was set at the following level:
- Moscow - RUR 20,195
- Moscow Region - RUR 15,000.
- St. Petersburg - RUR 18,000.
- Leningrad Region - RUR 12,000.
At the same time, the minimum monthly wage, established by the Federal Law, should not be lower than the minimum subsistence level of the able-bodied population in Russia for the second quarter of the previous year.
