Regarding the period of special evaluation of working conditions in companies
According to the project prepared by the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, it is planned to change the term of validity of the declaration of conformity of working conditions with the state normative requirements of labor protection.
At present, the declaration is valid for five years, while the Ministry of Labor proposes to establish an indefinite period of validity of the declaration.
This extension of the declaration period will allow the employer to avoid the need to carry out a special assessment of working conditions in cases where the working conditions at the previously declared workplaces have not changed. Changes in the procedure and timing of the special assessment of working conditions should reduce the cost loading on companies.
