Regarding transfer of weekends in 2021

The Ministry of Labor proposed to transfer a few weekends in 2021 because their match with the holidays.
The following transfer was suggested:
- Transfer the weekends of January 2 and 3, coinciding with non-working holidays, to November 5 and December 31;
- Transfer the weekend from February 20 to February 22.
Thus, the schedule of holidays in 2021 will look as follows:
- January 1 to 10;
- February 21 to 23;
- March 6 to 8;
- May 1 to 3 and May 8 to 10;
- June 12 to 14;
- November 4 to 7;
- December 31.
