Managing Director of the law firm LEVINE Bridge, Elena Ogawa, an expert with years of experience in legal practice, will host free legal seminars from August, 2012 on issues that are related to entry, stay, departure and the registration of foreign employees on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The workshop will discuss aspects of the complex processing of work permits, visas and registrations of foreign citizens who either classified or not classified as Highly Qualified Specialists in terms of the current practice of immigration control. Seminar participants will be given a detailed explanation of the requirements of the labor agreement with foreign citizens,the order of realization of foreign citizen’s labor activity as well as an employers' liability for non-compliance of migration registration. The seminar will focus on discussing real situations from the employers’ experiences.
Participants of the seminar will receive also answers to controversial questions from every day activity as well as recommendations to resolve their own difficult and unique migration situations, which correspond to relevant legislation and current practice.
The legal seminar that is related to migration legislation and the status of foreigners in Russia has a practical bias and is intended for business executives, heads of personnel and legal departments, HR-managers, lawyers, accountants, travel- and expat-coordinators, administrative staff, assistants of HR-managers and other professionals involved in the processing of drawing up documents for foreign employees.
