The Labor Code of the Russian Federation Determined the Concept "Qualified Employee” and “Professional Standard”

In accordance with the Federal law adopted on December 3, 2012 the qualification of the employee is the level of knowledge, skill and experience of the employee needed to carry out their professional activities.

Professional standard is the skill set required for the implementation of the employee's professional activities.
