Migrants from CIS countries will have to confirm their education and qualification

According to a draft law, labor migrants from visa-free countries have to confirm their education, qualification and special skills in order to obtain a work permit. In this regard it is planned to add documents confirming education or qualification into the list of documents required to obtain a work permit.
Authors of the draft law are attributing the need for the proposed changes with the fact that currently federal law has no such requirement, which in turn negatively effects the quality of work performed by foreign employees.
