Citizens of Tajikistan will be able to obtain work permits for up to three years

According to federal law, Tajik citizens are given the opportunity to apply for a work permit for the duration of their labor or civil contract for works and services, but no longer than 3 years.
In this case a work permit can be the basis for an extension of the period of temporary stay on the territory of the host country for the duration of work permit (without leaving the country). These statements can be applied to both Tajik citizens working in Russia and Russian citizens working in Tajikistan.
