The list of quota-free posts for 2014 was expanded

According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the position of "Programmer" was added to the list of quota-free positions in 2014. The Decree №440n "On Amendments to the Annex of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Decree №768n "On approval of the professions (positions) list of the foreign citizens - qualified professionals employed according to their existing profession (specialty) that are not restricted by quotas for foreign citizens working in the Russian Federation" dated December 20th 2013 issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation on July 09 2014  was published on August 20th 2014 in the “Russian newspaper”. The Decree will come into force within ten days from the moment of its official publication
