Special employment features of Ukrainian citizens arriving at the territory of the Russian Federation
Russian Ministry of education clarified the matter concerning employment of Ukrainian citizens arriving at the territory of the Russian Federation.
Foreign citizens recognized as refugees and granted temporary asylum at the territory of the Russian Federation have the right to work without a work permit up until the loss of their respective status.
The list of the documents required for the employer when applying for a job is established by the Article 65 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
It was also pointed out that in case of involvement in working activities concerning education, education of minors, the organization of recreation for minors, health care, social protection and some other fields, a certificate of criminal record, the presence or the absence of prosecution or termination of prosecution on rehabilitative grounds is to be presented.
The paragraph concerning the recognition in the Russian Federation of the education documents received on the territory of the Ukraine states a number of valid international treaties containing a list of educational and (or) qualification documents mutually recognized by countries without the recognition procedure of education obtained in a foreign country.
